For your first class, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class time so we can make sure to give you a tour of our brand new studio and get you ready to ride! When you arrive, let the front desk know your name and they will happily help get you settled! We recommend bringing a water bottle as we have filtered water stations you can use to fill them up! We provide shoes to rent ($3) if needed but our bikes also service SPD and Delta clips if you have your own shoes! If you forget anything, not a problem, we have water, Alani Nu, workout apparel, and more for sale! When the instructor is ready to get the class going, one of us here at Elevate will help you get all set to clip in and ride!

You can wear any workout apparel you feel most confident and comfortable in! Feel free to bring out all the patterns, colors, and sets if you would like to!

Yes, but don’t worry we have you covered! Ask the front desk and they are happy to help get you set up with our cycle shoes available to rent for $3 (available in a range from women’s size 6 to men’s size 14)! If you’re interested in purchasing your own spin shoes, ask any of us here at Elevate and we are happy to give you suggestions, recommendations, and all our personal takes on the many spin options on the market!

Anyone who is older than 13 years of age! We welcome everyone and love that spin can be altered to any rider’s individual pace! The workout is for you and you can make it whatever you would like it to be! Elevate does not judge, compare, or criticize each other! We are here to make each other stronger and happier people! If you have a specific injury or accommodation, just let the front desk or the instructor know and we’re happy to help! If you are under 16 years old, we ask that someone above 18 years of age accompanies you and if you are under 18, you will need a parent or guardian to also sign your waiver :)

If you need to cancel, we completely understand because life happens! If you are able to cancel at least 12 hours in advance, you will both be able to avoid any cancellation fees and will allow our Elevate crew to plan accordingly with our waitlists! If that’s not possible, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation on cancellations less than 6 hours in advance. If you don’t show up for a reservation, there will be a $15 no-show fee. Unfortunately, if you arrive any later than 5 minutes past class, you will not be allowed into the ride.

We love that so many people want to be a part of our Elevate classes and we will do our best to get everyone off the waitlist that we can! If someone cancels, we will email the next person on the waitlist that they have been added to the class. Make sure to sign up for email notifications on our website and app so that you can be notified when you are taken off the waitlist and placed in a class :) If you don’t get off the waitlist and into the class, you will NOT be charged and the credit will remain in your account! If you are placed into the class and you do not show up for the class, you will be charged the no-show fee of $15.

The bottom level of the parking garage for Dockside is all free and available to Elevate customers :)

Absolutely! We love meeting all your guests and can’t wait to have them visit Elevate for a class! You can easily book a guest through our website or app if you have available credits.

Yes and yes! We also supply many of the essentials and have hair dryers available for your convenience.
